Photocopier Default Passwords

Below is a list of common photocopier default passwords, used by the manufacturer themselves. Many print management companies that sell particular makes & models of devices also use the same details. Feel free to add your own to the comments and I’ll update the list.

Riso Photocopiers

The following username and password is usually the default password for all modern Riso devices. I can confirm this for the following models: ComColor GD7330

Username: Admin (case sensitive)
Password: 3214

Konica Minolta Photocopiers

One of the following passwords are usually the default password for all modern Konica Minolta devices. I can confirm this for the following models:

Username: NA
Password: 12345678

Kyocera Photocopiers

The following username and password is usually the default password for all modern Riso devices. I can confirm this for the following models: TASKalfa 4052ci

Username: Admin (case sensitive)
Password: Admin (case sensitive)
